1. Digital Products
Unless specifically stated otherwise, StuartRN products are digital products delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped for products identified as digital downloads.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, software, printer, or third-party application is compatible with the file format provided.
2. Personal-Use License
Unless a product specifically states otherwise, purchasing a StuartRN digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, individual use.
You may download, print, and use your purchased materials for your own personal, educational, study, or professional organizational purposes.
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute StuartRN digital files.
- Share purchased files with coworkers, classmates, friends, students, employees, or others.
- Upload files to shared drives, websites, social media, file-sharing services, or other platforms for distribution.
- Reproduce products for commercial distribution.
- Alter or rebrand StuartRN products for resale.
- Claim StuartRN content, designs, or resources as your own.
- Use StuartRN materials to create competing products for sale.
A single purchase does not provide a classroom, unit, facility, school, employer, or institutional license unless expressly stated in the product listing.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original StuartRN educational materials, worksheets, printables, illustrations, graphics, designs, written content, branding, logos, and digital products are owned by or licensed to StuartRN and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
4. Educational & Clinical Disclaimer
StuartRN nursing resources are provided for educational, informational, study, and organizational purposes only.
StuartRN content is not medical advice and is not intended to replace clinical judgment, provider orders, current professional guidelines, facility policies and procedures, nursing-school requirements, medication references, textbooks, emergency protocols, or other authoritative clinical resources.
Healthcare information and standards can change. Users are responsible for verifying clinical information using current authoritative resources and following the policies, procedures, scope-of-practice requirements, and protocols applicable to their school, employer, facility, and jurisdiction.
Never delay, change, or provide patient care solely on the basis of information contained in a StuartRN product.
5. Patient Privacy
Users are responsible for protecting patient confidentiality when using StuartRN nursing tools.
Do not submit protected health information or other confidential patient information to StuartRN unless a service expressly states that it is designed and authorized for that purpose.
If a StuartRN brain sheet, report sheet, tracker, or other organizational tool is used in a clinical environment, the purchaser is responsible for complying with applicable privacy requirements and their employer’s policies regarding patient information, storage, handling, and disposal.
6. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate resources. However, StuartRN does not guarantee that every resource will be error-free, complete, current, or appropriate for every nursing program, healthcare facility, jurisdiction, patient, or clinical situation.
Users are responsible for independently verifying information before applying it in an academic or clinical setting.
7. No Guaranteed Results
StuartRN does not guarantee that use of our products will result in specific grades, examination results, certification outcomes, employment opportunities, clinical competency, professional advancement, or other outcomes.
8. Refunds
Digital purchases are subject to the StuartRN Refund Policy.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, digital sales are generally final once accessed or downloaded, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
