Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

Because digital files cannot be physically returned, we do not typically offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Accidental purchases
  • Change of mind
  • Purchasing the wrong product
  • Compatibility issues that are clearly disclosed in the product description
  • Digital products that have already been accessed or downloaded

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other rights you may have under applicable law.

💗 Something Wrong With Your File?

We absolutely want you to receive what you paid for.

If your file is missing, damaged, incorrect, inaccessible, or otherwise not delivered as described, please contact us through the StuartRN Contact page.

We’ll make reasonable efforts to correct the issue, replace the file, or provide another appropriate resolution.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us. We will review the order and, when appropriate, refund the duplicate purchase.

Physical Products

If StuartRN offers physical merchandise in the future, any applicable return or refund terms will be stated in the product listing and/or a separate physical-product return policy.

Purchases Made Through Other Platforms

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces or retailers are subject to the refund and return policies of the platform where the purchase was made.

For example, purchases made through Etsy must be handled according to the policies applicable to that Etsy transaction.
