Hi! I’m Alexis, a registered nurse and the creator behind StuartRN.
I’ve spent the last several years working in nursing, with much of my experience in Labor & Delivery, Mom & Baby nursing and Med Surg. Somewhere between 12-hour shifts, endless charting, report sheets covered in scribbles, studying, teaching, and trying to remember approximately 47 things at once…I realized something:
Nursing is hard enough. Our resources shouldn’t make it harder. 😂
That’s where StuartRN started.
I wanted to create the kinds of nursing resources I actually wanted to use—tools that are practical, easy to understand, visually engaging, and made with real nursing life in mind.

StuartRN is growing into a collection of resources for every stage of the nursing journey—from surviving nursing school to organizing an actual shift.
You’ll find things like nursing brain sheets and shift organizers, clinical tools and checklists, nursing study guides, maternal-newborn and L&D resources, new-nurse tools, printable references, and nursing coloring books and study resources.
Some products are designed to help you learn it.
Some help you remember it.
And some simply help you get through a 12-hour shift without wondering, “Wait…what was I about to do?” 😂
🩺 Created With Real Nursing in Mind
One of my biggest goals with StuartRN is to create resources that feel useful outside of a textbook.
Nurses and nursing students already have enough information thrown at them. I want to take complicated information and turn it into something organized, approachable, and actually usable.
And because nursing isn’t one-size-fits-all, StuartRN will continue growing with resources for different specialties, different stages of nursing school, new nurses finding their footing, and experienced nurses who just want their shifts to run a little smoother.
🎨 Because Nursing Resources Can Be Cute Too
I also firmly reject the idea that educational or professional resources have to be boring. 😂
I love creating colorful, fun designs that make you actually want to open the study guide, use the brain sheet, or print the checklist.
Learning can be useful and pretty.
Organization can be functional and fun.
And sometimes after a ridiculous shift, nurses just need to color something. 😂🖍️

At the heart of all of this is one simple idea:
Make nurse life easier.
